Now accepting 2027 vendor applications

When signing up to be a vendor at our annual quilt show, the following rules apply.

1. A deposit of 50% is due with the online registration.
2. The balance will be due February 14, 2027.
3. To guarantee a preferred site or site occupied at the previous 2026 quilt show, a deposit with the online registration is due by November 1, 2026.
4. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after February 14, 2027, unless the entire event is cancelled by the State of North Carolina due to health and safety concerns.
5. Vendor set up will start the day before the show, March 18, 2027.  The show will run from March 19-20, 2027.  The venue will be open from 9-5 each of these days.
   
   
   

There are 4 booth sizes.  All booths have free wifi and free electricity.

1. Single booth - $475
2. Double booth - $950
3. Triple booth - $1425
4. Quad booth - $1900 (limited)
