Promoting and Perpetuating the ART of quilting
HOLIDAY BLOCK SPONSOR GUIDELINES:
1. Please do not purchase supplies for which you want to be reimbursed until you have been notified that your sponsorship has been accepted. A word of advice: People make mistakes. After you put your kit together, save remaining fabric in case you get any requests for replacement pieces.
2. This form, along with an image of your block, must be received by September 11. You can submit this registration form through the website or in person at the August or September meetings.
The image of your block may be a photo, mock-up, EQ image, drawing, etc. Keep in mind the image will be used to promote sales of your block.
3. If you would like to sponsor enough blocks for more than one winner, we may ask you to contribute only one set based on the total sponsored blocks.
4. We encourage you to use fabrics from the guild’s extensive stash. Please text Roberta to obtain fabrics: Roberta Miller Haraway – Guild stash
5. You may be reimbursed for up to $25 for your materials. Please let us know if you would like a reimbursement form. Receipts MUST be included for reimbursement.
